Albert

Founded in 1981, Albert has been a leader in its field thanks to ongoing research and accumulated insights from its collaboration with the ice cream manufacturers.

The employees have years of experience in the ice cream and food industry in general. They all combine the desire to make artisan ice cream even better with their knowledge. Their most significant contribution to this is to provide the ice cream manufacturer with the highest quality, purity and purity of semi-finished products, along with the technology for proper processing.

Tuttafrutta was Albert's first product line to be launched. With this fruit pulp, the pure fruit is available throughout the year.

The interest of ice cream producers in this product, which was an absolute novelty in the field, was enormous. Some companies even tried to copy the name Tuttafrutta and so Albert was forced to defend the brand. However, this made it clear that the company was on the right track. In the following year, the already established Tuttafrutta was supplemented with a good result by the line Balanced Ice Bases. In 1984, three years after the company was founded, Albert completed his program by launching the Tuttacrema line. The wide range of ice-cream products and the growing success required a larger and more modern production facility located at the headquarters in Noale (VE). At the same time, the new and exclusive production and packaging plant for fruit pulp was planned and realized. In addition, the originally used glass vessel has been replaced by the can, which guarantees more safety and is easier to handle. With the move to the new headquarters, the commercial boom was accompanied. The feelers are being extended to foreign markets, especially in Germany. It's hard to start with, but with some success, the company is encouraged to continue and focus all its energies on quality.
In 1987, the production facility Balanced Ice Bases is renewed and thus also the supply increased: the further development of the line undoubtedly served the entire production as a driving force. In 1990, the Tuttacrema plant will also be expanded and new specialties will be added. The new products were able to establish themselves successfully in the market, which considerably strengthened the position of the company, especially in Germany. In 1992, a new packaging was introduced, which was better suited for an expanding company that still sees the basis of its philosophy in the satisfaction of its customers. In 1993, the distribution structure will be expanded. The focus here was on the German market, where Albert's products were particularly well received. But also in Italy new sales forces were used. In January 2005, a company was incorporated, which had traded until then with Albert products. The aim was to optimize the use of the staff and to eliminate the additional costs for an additional step in order to keep prices low.
